Founded by Mohammad Jarrar after his own 40-pound weight loss journey, ATO Fitness has grown from a small personal training service to a comprehensive fitness solution that has helped thousands of clients achieve their goals.

We combine science-based training methods, personalized nutrition plans, and unwavering accountability to ensure our clients not only reach their goals but maintain their results for life.
